Right of Withdrawal

This English version is provided for convenience and information purposes.
In case of discrepancies, the German version shall prevail.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB).

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the day:

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods; or
• in the case of partial deliveries: on which you have received the last partial shipment.

In the case of collection on site, the withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are handed over.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email or by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Reimbursement shall be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us about the withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Costs of Return

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

For goods which, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (e.g. hazardous goods, freight forwarding items), the return costs are estimated at up to approximately EUR 200 per item.

Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Statutory Exclusions of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, to the extent permitted by law, in particular to:

• goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g(2) No. 1 BGB);
• goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g(2) No. 3 BGB);
• as well as in further cases regulated by law pursuant to § 312g(2) BGB.

Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular firearms law, explosives law as well as transport and hazardous goods regulations, remain unaffected.

Special Notes on Weapons, Ammunition and Firearms-Related Items

Weapons, ammunition and firearms-related items may only be returned in compliance with statutory requirements.

The return of such items may only take place after prior coordination with the Seller.

Returns must be carried out exclusively via legally permitted transport routes and, where applicable, through authorized shipping service providers.

Linked / Financed Transactions

If you have financed this contract by means of a loan and withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement as well, provided that both contracts form an economic unit.

General Information (Not a Precondition for Withdrawal)

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods.

If possible, return the goods in the original packaging.

Please do not return the goods freight collect.

These instructions are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
