To purchase long guns and handguns that require a permit, you need a valid acquisition authorization (EWB). This could be, for example, a green or yellow firearms ownership card (WBK) for sport shooters or a valid annual hunting license for hunters. Please note that since September 2020, hunters also require a copy of their green WBK and their NWR IDs. After purchase, you must register your acquired firearms with your responsible authority within 14 days.

After your order in our online shop, we will inform you by e-mail which documents we require. You can simply reply directly to this order e-mail and attach your documents as a scan or photo. Alternatively, you can send us your proofs and the required NWR-IDs directly to verifikation@oktatec.de. For FSK-18 articles such as knives, a simple age verification with an identity card is sufficient.

The shipping of licensed weapons and ammunition is handled by the specialized service provider "Der Kurier" as a certified weapons and dangerous goods transport. We offer you a practical combined shipping option, so that weapons and ammunition are delivered together in one shipment for a flat fee of €39.99. Delivery will be made exclusively in person to the authorized recipient after successful identity and age verification using an ID card or passport. Please be sure to provide your telephone number when ordering so that the courier can announce the delivery.
